Getting your new Vultrak scarf to you safely and on time is our priority. We offer two reliable shipping options to fit your timeline, plus a free shipping benefit for qualifying orders—here’s everything you need to know:
 Shipping Options & Fees

Standard Shipping: Our economical choice for non-urgent orders. Each order shipped via Standard Shipping costs a flat rate of $5.99, no matter how many scarves you add to your cart. After your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Every Standard Shipping order includes a tracking number, which we’ll send to your registered email once your package ships—so you can follow its journey from our door to yours.

VIP Shipping: For when you need your scarf fast (like preparing for a special event or a last-minute gift). VIP Shipping costs a flat rate of $15.99 per order, and your package gets priority treatment: we process it first in our warehouse, and it arrives in just 2-3 business days. Just like Standard Shipping, VIP orders come with full tracking, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your new accessory.

We want to make your Vultrak shopping experience even more rewarding: all orders totaling
39.99 threshold lets you skip the shipping fee entirely.
3.3Processing Time: We process orders within 1-2 business days (we don’t process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or New Year’s Day). If a scarf you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we’ll email you immediately to let you know and offer options: wait for restock, switch to a similar style, or receive a full refund.

Delivery Restrictions: Currently, we only ship to physical addresses within the United States (PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations are not eligible for delivery). We’re working to expand our shipping reach—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we start shipping internationally.

Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with neighbors or building management (carriers often leave packages with them for safekeeping). If it’s still missing, email us at service@vultrak.com within 3 business days of the delivery date, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. If your scarf arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
