Order Offers: When you add items to your cart and complete the checkout process, you are making a legal offer to purchase those products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including:

Order Confirmation: We’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your order (this is a “Order Receipt”), but this does not mean your order is accepted. Acceptance only happens when we send a second email (“Shipping Confirmation”) with tracking details, which means your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Changes/Cancellations: Once we’ve processed your order (i.e., started packing the scarf or generated a shipping label), we cannot change or cancel it. If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the color or shipping address), contact us at service@vultrak.com immediately after placing the order—we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes.
Pricing: All product prices on the Website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes (e.g., sales tax) or shipping fees—these will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but the price you pay will be the one listed at the time you complete your purchase (as long as the order is accepted).
